Verification and marketplace rules

Vroom’s catalog is curated by policy and document status. What renters see is what’s approved and current.

  • Verified listings

    Public search only returns active, approved vehicles with current registration and inspection on file. Owners warrant lawful insurance under the Terms of Service.

  • Identity checks

    Customers submit identity documents for review. Your account shows status: unverified, pending, verified, or rejected.

  • Availability windows

    Listings become bookable only inside availability windows the host adds. No windows means no booking for those dates.

  • Secure account actions

    Booking requests and account changes happen after sign-in. Email verification and password reset flows are designed to avoid leaking whether an email exists.
